What are roles?

A role in Cybertest is, in short, a user’s keychain. This can have one or more roles. Standard roles include, for example: Administration, Author, Reporting, and the Student. Larger organizations may want to expand the roles and may have roles for editing, audit experts, proofreaders, Q&A.

You decide on access

An important part of your processes should also cover the decision of who can create, edit, or use which content. Contents include questions and exams. You define the guidelines for which question types can be created so that your authors use the desired types unerringly. In addition, you can control how and whether authors in your organization have access to other content at all.

Cataloging of content

The catalogue is an essential tool so that your questions can be stored in a well-sorted manner and can be found quickly. For the cataloguing of content, a fully developed metadata system in Cybertest is available. The catalog is freely definable and fully expandable, as well as nestable. For example, append categories such as subject area, difficulty level, taxonomy levels, release status, or many more tags to your content.
