For Organizations

Your processes and roles in Cybertest

For the successful integration of an audit platform, it is essential that a tool can be smoothly integrated into the organization and the existing structures.

DESIGN YOUR PROCESSES.

Your processes should be freely configurable and not dictated by your tool!

The fact that we rely on sophisticated role and rights management with Cybertest comes from our decades of experience in auditing. Every company likes to organize and structure roles according to their needs. No compromises should be made here.

    Users and their functions

We offer predefined roles for an easy start. Unlike the competition, the roles in Cybertest are freely definable. We are at your side in the optimal selection of the necessary roles for your functions, so that the processes in your company can be supported in the best possible way.

    What are roles?

A role in Cybertest is, in short, a user’s keychain. This can have one or more roles. Standard roles include, for example: Administration, Author, Reporting, and the Student. Larger organizations may want to expand the roles and may have roles for editing, audit experts, proofreaders, Q&A.

    You decide on access

An important part of your processes should also cover the decision of who can create, edit, or use which content. Contents include questions and exams. You define the guidelines for which question types can be created so that your authors use the desired types unerringly. In addition, you can control how and whether authors in your organization have access to other content at all.

    Cataloging of content

The catalogue is an essential tool so that your questions can be stored in a well-sorted manner and can be found quickly. For the cataloguing of content, a fully developed metadata system in Cybertest is available. The catalog is freely definable and fully expandable, as well as nestable. For example, append categories such as subject area, difficulty level, taxonomy levels, release status, or many more tags to your content.

    Templates

To ensure that the creation process of questions and examinations is designed as efficiently as possible, templates are available that you can assign to roles. Thus, cataloging is already automatically filled in for the author, and there is no need to spend time cataloging.

    Editorial processes and approvals

How the approval process is designed is in turn individual for each company. You can leave the final activation of questions in exams to the authors, or you can bring about more control over the process with editing, proofreading and editing.

    Evaluation and statistics

A top-down approach is often used in the evaluation of exam evaluations. If your organization is more decentralized, Cybertest has the possibility to control the access to data in a targeted manner, so that, for example, staff units can be set up, which take over evaluations for several organizational areas and at the same time, they only have access to your own data.

    No duplicates necessary

When starting into the world of e-testing, customers often underestimate the effort required to create the content that has been built up over the years. Cybertest has a strict, modular approach in which a question can be used in several checks without having to create a copy at a time. This point should not be underestimated. Customers who have been using other systems for years know this problem too well. By the way, our specialists will support you in switching to Cybertest, as well as in cleaning up and importing the questions from your tool.
