For Organizations

Integration and interfaces

For the successful integration of an examination platform, it is essential that a tool can be smoothly integrated into your existing learning landscape.

Standalone

Of course, no integration into third-party systems is necessary. Cybertest has all the necessary features to enable you to complete test and learning management.

Industry Standard

AICC, SCORM, LTI, xAPI, QTI and OpenID Connect are widely used industry standards that enable data exchange between web-based e-learning programs. Cybertest already offers the right interface for any scenario.

Web and REST

For specific requirements, we can communicate with open web service interfaces, for example in REST format.

.. and also proprietary

Do you have any further ideas on how to integrate your new e-testing platform? Then get in touch with us so that we can talk about an interface. With over 25 years of experience in e-testing and integration with third-party systems, our team brings a lot of valuable know-how.

    Available integrations

Cybertest already offers various ways to communicate with products in your learning ecosystem. Be it supporting communication standards, transferring questions or exams, or integrating it into your network for easy single sign-on or secure authentication.

    LTI

For easy integration of Cybertest with LTI-enabled learning management systems such as Moodle LMS, Knolyx, Chamilo, Canvas or Coassemble and many more.

You can simply add Cybertest as a tool in the configuration of your LMS and thus connect your platform to Cybertest. Exams are then available for your courses, for example, and the integration of exams into your learning path succeeds without difficulty.

    AICC

The first standard communication protocol ever introduced by the Aviation Industry CBT Committee (AICC) for the integration of web-based training into LMS systems.

    SCORM 1.2 & SCORM 2004

The Sharable Content Object Reference Model is a reference model for the integration of electronic learning content of the Advanced Distributed Learning Initiative, which describes not only the communication but also the packaging of the content.

    xAPI

xAPI stands for Experience API (also known as Tin Can ) and is a modern e-learning standard. Already developed in 2013 by an ADL initiative, with the intention of recording the experiences of the learner without a direct connection to the third-party system and regardless of time . The new xAPI approach thus addresses the biggest weakness of the SCORM standard.

    QTI 2.1

The Question Type Interoperability Standard is widely used and makes it possible to exchange questions and exams between learning and test systems. Cybertest supports this standard for imports and exports. So if you want to switch from an existing test system to Cybertest, this is a convenient way to migrate your content.

    Successfactors

Our Success Factors Connector integrates CYBERTEST with your LMS Success Factors. Thus, checks are provided in Success Factors and your users can easily access them. It is not necessary that you create your learners in Advance in Cybertest, because this process is done automatically by the systems.

The feedback of the success data is finally carried out via the Record Learning Event of Success Factors from Cybertest.

    SAP LSO

With the Cybertest SAP connection, Cybertest exams can be planned in SAP and started by learners via the SAP LSO interface. The compiled statistics are then available in the SAP environment. For the configuration of the SAP PI (SAP NetWeaver Process Integration) interface and the SAP backend, the use of an experienced SAO consultant is recommended so that the Cybertest SAP connection can be carried out quickly. We can offer you a smooth process with our network of experienced integrators.

The checks are available in the SAP environment without a manual import process. The statistics are also automatically transferred to SAP LSO via Cybertest SAP connection.

    open id connect and...

OpenID Connect (OIDC) is an open authentication protocol that profiles OAuth 2.0 and adds an additional layer of identity.

What sounds so technical here is the incredibly easy way to integrate cybertest into your organization. It allows your users to get started without logging in via single sign-on.

By the way, a single sign-on in the cloud is also possible!

    Azure office 365

The configuration of the interface can be done by yourself and is also compatible with the Microsoft Active Directory (AD) or the Office 365 Cloud AD.

Your IT controls your users’ access to Cybertest centrally via an Active Directory and it becomes easy to create your target group in Cybertest.
